Dino and Sharess are both long time, well respected members of the community. Both understand the culture of Tribe and know what they are looking for in future members, both from the context of Tribe as a whole and the TERA chapter specifically. Over the last few days I have spent considerable amounts of time with both, road-mapping out plans for our success and work has already begun in earnest while they waited for their official approvals.
